Our restaurant uses the traditional Japanese cooking methods of Robata-yaki and Genshiryaki to bring out the best in our ingredients.
Particularly recommended is the "Tokudai Kichiji Aperture Grill," which is grilled all at once over a strong charcoal flame.
You will enjoy the juicy and fatty flavor!
Also, "grilled prawns" are grilled over a bold flame to enjoy their plump texture.
The "Toro Saba" (grilled mackerel) is very thick and has a pleasantly savory flavor,
